7Stock.app Platform License Agreement
- Parties
This Cryptobot Platform License Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between 7Stockapp OÜ, represented herein by its authorized representative, hereinafter referred to as the “Licensor”. On the other hand, it is represented herein by its authorized representative, hereinafter referred to as the “Licensee”. - Definition and Scope
The Licensor grants to the Licensee a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to utilize the services provided on the 7Stock.app (“Platform”). The Licensee shall use this right subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein. - License
The Licensor hereby grants to the Licensee a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the software and services available on the Platform. This license is limited to the use of the Platform and shall not be used for any purpose other than its intended use. - Terms of Use
The Licensee may use the Platform solely for the purposes determined by the Licensor. In the event of misuse of the Platform, unauthorized access, or violation of the rights of other users, the Licensor reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Licensee’s account. - Ownership and Intellectual Property Rights
All software, content, and materials available on the Platform are owned by the Licensor or its licensors and are subject to applicable copyright and other intellectual property rights. The Licensee shall not acquire any ownership or intellectual property rights by using the Platform. - License Fee
The Licensee shall pay the license fee as determined by the Licensor for the use of the Platform. The license fee entitles the Licensee to the right to use the Platform. - Disclaimer of Liability
The Licensor makes no warranties that the Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free. The Licensor shall not be liable for any damages or losses arising from the use of the Platform. - Termination of the Agreement
This Agreement may be terminated by mutual agreement of the parties. Upon termination of the Agreement, the Licensee’s right to use the Platform shall cease. - Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Estonia. In the event of any dispute between the parties, the courts of [City in Estonia] shall have jurisdiction. - Miscellaneous
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements and discussions. In case of any discrepancy, this Agreement shall prevail. - Accepted and Approved
This Agreement has been read, understood, and accepted by the parties hereto.
