Refund Policy

This policy outlines the refund processes for subscription and purchase transactions made by users of 7Stockapp. This policy is based on the provisions set forth in the Terms of Use of 7Stockapp.

Refund for Monthly Subscription:

If you wish to terminate your subscription and exercise your right of withdrawal (as described in Section 14.5.1 of the Terms of Use), you are entitled to a refund within fourteen (14) days from the purchase of the subscription. Upon submitting a refund request during this period, you will receive a refund in the same amount as your subscription payment.

Refund for Annual Subscription:

If you opt for an annual subscription and decide to terminate it, the following refund policy applies:

If termination occurs within 180 days from the payment date, a refund will be issued for the remaining unused months, calculated based on the monthly subscription price.

No refunds will be issued after 180 days from the payment date.

Refund for Marketplace Signals and Apps Store Subscription:

If you wish to terminate your subscription to Marketplace Signals or Apps Store and you are a consumer, the following refund policy applies:

Within the first fourteen (14) days of purchase, a full refund is available if the termination occurs within 24 hours of the initial purchase. After 24 hours, the refund will be subject to deduction of the cost of the days used.

No refund will be provided after the fourteen (14) day grace period.

Refund Based on Payment Method:

Payments made through Apple AppStore or Google Play will be refunded by Apple/Google.

Payments made in cryptocurrencies will be refunded in the same method.

Single Refund for Repeated Payment:

You may only receive one refund for each disputed payment. Once a refund is issued, you cannot contest another refund request.

Refund Format:

Refunds will be issued in the currency of the original payment or its equivalent based on the market rate at the time of refund.

With your prior approval, we may offer a discount for future services, an additional subscription period, or a subscription upgrade with significantly greater benefits instead of a payment refund.

Refund Processing Fees:

7Stockapp is not responsible for any fees charged by your payment service provider during the refund process.
